Your websites says to add flights from India on 7th and 10th for transit/travel through UAE. I cant see any flights for Canada in August, your call center is busy, after waiting more than 1.5 Hr, it gets disconnected. What I have to do with Etihad open ticket.

I cancelled my flights on 8th Jun. Still not received refund. You call center executive told i will get in 2 3 weeks, after 2 months i haven't refunded. Very pathetic and highly unprofessional behaviour.
