Ordered an Apple Pencil Pro from @cromaretail and received an empty package. Despite repeated complaints, I was told nothing can be done, and the complaint was simply closed. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Please resolve this ASAP!

If you have such distrust on your customers, you need to make open-box delivery mandatory. This is a product costing 11k and not some cheap thing which one can just ignore.

- I placed a limit order for usdt/noia pair on 6th March
- The limit order got placed but for 177 USDT, I only got $0.01 worth of NOIA. This should not be possible on uniswap.
