@Stellantis@JeepCares Extremely disappointed as a loyal Jeep customer. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, I was wrongly charged for what appears to be a manufacturing defect—something that should have been fully covered at no cost. Instead of addressing the root cause, I was billed for parts and labor, and the issue resurfaced within 5 days.
Even more disappointing is that the dealer is now refusing further inspection, while Stellantis India management continues to avoid responding to my emails. Their silence only creates the impression that they are trying to avoid accountability rather than address a genuine customer grievance.
I am only seeking transparency, proper warranty support, and a fair resolution—not excuses or silence.

@ITCHotelsCares Extremely disturbing experience at ITC Royal Bengal. While dining privately with my family at Ottimo, I received unsolicited calls from ITC sales stating they knew my name, phone number, and that I was dining with 5 guests — and pushed a membership sale. ~1/3
This clearly means my confidential booking details were accessed and shared without my consent. Using guest data like this for cheap sales tactics is a serious breach of privacy and trust.

My first stay as an Accor Diamond member and I got downgraded from the suite I had booked to a base category room.
Clickbait alert, but this story is worth it.
Hyderabad was completely sold out so I booked a suite via ALL at a hotel I do not usually stay at. A few hours later I received a message from the General Manager that said:
“Hey Miles Mogul, you are a Diamond member. We would love to upgrade you but you have already booked the suite yourself. So we have downgraded you to the base room in the system so you pay the base rate and at check in we will upgrade you to our best suite instead.”
I had to read that twice.
First, because someone connected my personal booking to Miles Mogul and that they follow me on X.
Second, because they proactively downgraded my reservation so I would not overpay and then guaranteed an even higher suite upgrade on arrival.
That level of loyalty recognition is rare.
And it did not end there.
The hotel arranged to bring over my "stored bag" from the other Hyderabad hotel where I usually stay. They comped my spa bill. The suite was beautifully appointed, the food was genuinely excellent, and every staff member knew exactly what they were doing.
This was one of the best hospitality experiences I have had in Hyderabad.
A complete 10/10. Will stay again without question.
