What’s worse?
There’s no proper way to escalate this on the Flipkart app or website. No transparency. No accountability. Just scripted chatbot responses and delay after delay.

Every night after 11 PM, I get a message saying, “Delivery rescheduled for tomorrow.”
But the delivery partner, @ekartlogistics , keeps rescheduling without my permission, and there’s no real effort to deliver the product.
