भारत में मेडिकल की लगभग 40% सीटें प्राइवेट में हैं। सरकारी में आरक्षण है। उसमें भी All India Quota में SC/ST 2007 में और OBC 2022 में आया। यूक्रेन में पैसा देकर डॉक्टर बनना 1990 में शुरू हो गया था… आरक्षण को ज़िम्मेदार ठहराना बंद कीजिए। अब तो आपका 10% दरिद्र सवर्ण कोटा भी है।
