@CMMadhyaPradesh APP Complaint status was “partially resolved”. I urged to change status to OPEN. Today 24th Sept morning again the status was “partially resolved”. I suspect there is wrong doing / mischief involved here by the Dept & request the officials to please review.

I raised a complaint 40550829 on 13th Sept on the CM Helpline portal for non existent road (MHOW- Neemuch) as there are only pot holes in this section. Later I received a call from CM Helpdesk yesterday asking if the work was done. I replied negative. 1/n

@agarwalpacker - Worst experience. Furniture Breakage, no clarity in Car delivery (through Car Carrier). Most frustrating experience is the Call Center - “Our staff is Busy, please wait on the call” till eternity. No mechanism for call back. Awful customer service.

@CMC_Offcl - The Hafeezpet Road in front of Mahindra Ashvita Apts is damaged for a year now. I have lodged complaints that are closed without action. Who is responsible for road repairs? Why is the road not repaired for a year? Which contractor is responsible for this situation?

I requested Gate Crew to allow me Board 6E7506 at 6pm as my flight 6E 6606 is delayed 17.55 to 19.40 (as of now). They don’t allow & they may be right. But why do I have to wait when 1 seat is empty?
