@AshwiniVaishnaw I made the complaint reg. Cockroachs in the Rajdhani train from secundarabad to Blr today. Recd temp solution. But proper pest control is needed for such a prestigious train which is booked at premium. Roaches don’t come overnight.

Puma return policy sucks ! Expensive shoes on Puma have a return policy for 3 months for manufacturing defects. my shoe fabric tore at the junction of walk fold in 6 months ! now they will not accept a return ! such expensive shoes don't even last 6 months. @PUMA @imVkohli

Now puma asked me to DM directly to tell me again that their defect policy is only restricted to 3 months. The local team had already told me the same thing ! That’s exactly why I said the return policy sucks !
