Ordered from @zepto, an โ8min delโ promise, tuk much longer. Recently read that riders r now del multiple orders tgthr & honestly, Iโm f9 with that. Whatโs not okay is setting incorrect expectations. If it takes more time, show real ETA. It helps cx plan better & supports riders.
