@airindiain ORD to DEL we got deplaned waiting at Gate for almost 7 hrs, no crew is available to talk to us and give an idea,it's very frustrating.. there are elderly people waiting , many small kids, seems like AIR INDIA doesn't care about customer service anymore. SAD state
