I had a lot of expectations from ola electric. When my friends told me reviews about ola service I didn't believe it at 1st. But they proved me wrong. It's been just 4 months and only 2000 kms done but the service at its worst. No response.
@OlaElectric@bhash Everyday I get a call just asking for details and I never get any response after that.Its really frustrating every 5 mins The scooter gets stopped on the road & I need to restart each and every time.This is a very serious concern with your service.Please look into it asap
@OlaElectric@bhash My ola S1 Air stops all of a sudden in the middle of the road. It shows Scooter issue - restart the scooter. I have raised a complaint, but no slots available. I am frustrated with the condition.

@OlaElectric@bhash@ola_supports My vehicle stops automatically for 3rd time in 20 days and when I checked with the service centre they don't know when it is get solved. And they don't have any eta when the parts will come. Worst experience of life after taking ola.
@OlaElectric@bhash- I have got confirmation mail and sms. But still in my login page it still shows 'we will keep you notified on when to pay your balance amount'. Please find the attached images.
