Worst experience @ZARA Baybrook Mall Houston, Texas. At 5:27pm many in the men's department were denied trying clothes on because they close at 6pm. I mean for a retail store to not let potential sales not try on clothes for fit is beyond my scope of mind. @zaracare

@BofA_Help The account owner is incapacitated and has signed a power of attorney to my father. The branch he banks at needed a notarized doctors note stating so which my father provided they still will not grant him access. He has gone to them over and over with a new excuse they say no.

Shame on @BankofAmerica. My elderly father has been given the run around trying to access his incapacitated brothers accounts. He has provided all the documents that they kept asking for day after day and still nothing. Wtf.
