@MamataOfficial মহাশয়া,আমার বিনীত নিবেদন যে আদিবাসী হো সম্প্রদায়ের জনসংখ্যার পশ্চিমবঙ্গের জনসংখ্যা দ্বিতীয় ও ঝাড়��ণ্ডের চতুর্থ স্থানে অবস্থান করে। কিন্তু কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় বারবার বিভিন্ন জেলার জেলা শাসকের কাছে এবং বিধায়কদের কাছে বিষয়গুলো তুলে ধরলেও এখনো পর্যন্ত কোনো কাজ হলে না।

Today, I raised the demand for official recognition of the Sari and Sarna Dharam — the faith practised by our Adivasi brothers and sisters, who are worshippers of nature. The Santal, Bhumij, Munda, Kora, Lodha, Sabar, Orang, Birhor, Mecha, Rava, Lohara, Mahali, Chik Baraik communities, along with a large section of the Kurmi population in West Bengal, have been practising these religious traditions for generations.

Although millions of people follow this faith with deep conviction, the Central Government has still not granted official recognition to the Sari and Sarna Dharam. Yet, under the leadership of the Honourable Chief Minister @MamataOfficial, the West Bengal Legislative Assembly passed a resolution on 17 February 2023 recognising this religion, and it was sent to the Central Government on 27 February. Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far.

I want to remind the Delhi Government they according to the Constitution, the right to practise one’s religious faith is a fundamental right.
