Man, fuck the organizers of this election. Not only did they remove the ballot boxes from gustine hours early, I drive to LB only to find out they also collected the ballot boxes at both locations hours earlier l.

First and rare times where I’ll share an opinion, but I agree. As much as I enjoyed the Scream franchise, firing Melissa for speaking out about the genocide in Gaza is problematic and I will likely not support the movie.

Day 8: Don’t answer the phone - When a Stranger Calls (1979)

It’s super interesting to watching a classic that set the trope. For the era it was made, it was definitely eerie if not still creepy to this day! Pretty solid, 7/10

Day 7: High Society Horror - The Hunt

This movie has my kind of humor! Great satire piece with a fight scene that made me laugh all the way through 😂 I absolutely loved this movie, 9/10

Day 6: Sequel I haven’t seen - Jeepers Creepers: Reborn

Now this is a sequel I haven’t seen and wish I didn’t 😂 it really felt like the plot was everywhere, dialog was choppy, and hideous CGI slop. Some stories don’t need to be told, 3/10😓

Day 5: Paranormal Investigation - Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum

I liked some of the scares and effects on this film, but honestly felt too much like every other “found footage” movie Creepy vibes but semi boring and common plot lines, 6/10 for me 🤷

Day 4: Scarecrow or Cornfield - Husk (2011)

This was surprisingly a fun watch with a really cool monster idea! The ending was a let down, but aside from that, a solid 7/10!

Day 2: Set in a School - Jennifer’s Body

Surprisingly haven’t seen this movie before, so watching it for the first time made me realize it is completely 2010 coded lol decent watch with wild plot points. 7/10

Day 1: My First Horror Movie - Ju-On: The Grudge!

This movie was and is still a classic in the horror genre and watching it again left us just as scared but a tad bit confused about the plot, still 9/10!

The pain in her voice is unbearable. It’s inhumane to cause this level of suffering to anyone, let alone children. This is not normal, but it’s sadly become normalized.
