@nxwestmidlands please can You re train this driver. Passengers tonight were thrown around. When I told him I appreciated being delivered extremely quick to my destination, but I didn’t appreciate My Wife and Myself being quite frightened. He wouldn’t tell Me his name. 50 bus.

@nxwestmidlands Had to walk back to the Alcester Road and down to Our destination. The road closure wasn’t Your fault even though the rumour is one of Your drivers ran someone over? Whose fault is it that people travel for free as Your driver seemed to blame me before being kidnapped. ?

@nxwestmidlands Pity Your driver couldn’t tell Us of the diversion. We had a woodwork class to get to and would not let Us off on Addison Road. He said He wasn’t obliged to do so as most of the passengers had not paid to travel. We certainly had and with a twisted ankle and damaged knee.
