Kano Pillars are arguably the biggest team in Northern Nigeria.

At some point, they dominated the NPFL, won the League titles three consecutive times, got to the semifinal on the continent, and produced players who featured for the Super Eagles and several Junior Teams.

The team is declining because the State Government isn't paying enough attention. From the appointment of the Club Management to funding, funding, and proper organization have been a big problem.

Look at their team bus, old and the bus has served the team for years.

Pillars have one of the biggest fan base in Nigeria, they have fans across the countries and they are likely to dominate any club at their home ground.

It's sad to see the club in its current state. I hope His Excellency @Kyusufabba will switch his attention to Pillars and revive the club.
