5 rate limiting algorithms and most devs only know one of them.

Token bucket, leaky bucket, sliding windows — each solves a different problem. Pick wrong and you're either unprotected or rejecting legit users.

@mitchellh Codex is more careful about your tokens yes, but Opus solves a task in 1 iteration, and codex needs to be pinged multiple times until the solution is ready. So you decide.
