I am looking to recruit 1/2 developers to work with me on a number of web projects. You must have demonstrable experience in
Ruby on Rails, VueJS and CSS; preference would be given to individuals that are open to new technologies.
If it hurts .... do it more often!!!
A very simple approach but I see people do these things less often and/or offload to a new team.
Why should you do these things more often .....
- Smaller batch sizes
- Lower Risk
- Get better at doing it.

People will show up for not because you are a good person but because they are good people. I believe the expecting people to give their resources just because you feel you are good person is likely to leads to entitlement
Scrum Mastery as a capability is an enabler. But the โScrum Masterโ when used as a role is accountable for delivery just as any other member of a scrum team. Feel free to replace this with any other variant such as Delivery Lead/Manager etc.

The idea that managers know better than the executors (people that actually do the work) on how best to get work done is nonsensical and should be banished; and I speak for knowledge work.

I am fascinated by hacking oneself - bio hacking or whatever you want to call it. Doing things that are seemingly uncomfortable until it becomes second nature to you. Example - having cold showers

- The Daily Scrum being done as a daily status meeting.
- The Sprint Review as a Demo or a PBI sign-off meeting.
