The refund for cancelled flight is above 10k.

@Paytm my flight from Bikaner to Mumbai via Jaipur was cancelled by airline on 18 Jan (Order No:6972511198). I have not received any update or refund from PayTm for the last 2 weeks. Also, attaching emails from PayTm promising resolution within 48 hours.

@PaytmTravelCare I have been on call for 50 mins with your customer care executive. And he is not providing me any resolution or supervisor support. It's midnight and this has been a very bad experience overall.
