If you're uncomfortable with LGBTQ+ people, that's YOUR issue. THEIR existence or sexuality isn't up for debate. HUMAN RIGHTS don't require your approval.
So... just so we're clear... you want me to be afraid of trans women in the women's bathroom because they might be cis men pretending so they can assault women and children... and you think this reflects on... trans women... and not on cis men?
Do I have this correct?
Seeing Manon’s portrayal in the documentary, as a new viewer it made it very easy to question her work ethic and desire to be in the group. Looking back now since following them the past year, watching campaigns, performances, interviews, etc. it just couldn’t be further from the truth. We have no clue about what was happening behind the scenes but it’s not difficult to imagine especially as a Black woman. They chased that girl down, tried to put her front and center in so many scenarios and yet when she is going through health difficulties and doesn’t abide by the workhorse mentality of the US, now she isn’t a team player. Now she’s an inconvenience. What’s true is this, babygirl is talented. She is loved and she will be supported regardless of where she goes and I’m TIRED of seeing Black women being mishandled in girl groups. I pray people keep making noise about it too, I love the other girls as well and want success for them but this was a horrific call.
Unpopular opinion: schools should extremely reduce the use of chrome books and return to paper and pencil being the main use. There is a connection between writing and how the brain learns.
nightclubs feel like a total waste of time and money... spending hours in lines, paying way too much for drinks, and shouting over loud music just to dance for a few minutes. as an adult, you start realizing your energy, your money, and your mental space are far too valuable to throw away on experiences that leave you feeling drained rather than fulfilled
i wish men judged absent fathers the same way they judge single mothers. the double standard is glaring, and it’s long past time accountability was equal
