@AJIOLife Thats what the customer care kept telling me since the 5th Jan and mesage matter resolved. The customer care don't tell me what the resolution is and when I asked for proof of delivery and there is none. I definitely would never ever buy anything from @AJIOLife ever again !!!

@satyanadella @MicrosoftHelps Service Request 1510827157. Microsoft has the worst customer service. My surface pro is under warranty and microsoft refuses to refund/repair a faulty piece sold to me !!! Pls do not buy surface pro 7. If this was apple you would get a replacement!!
