@farooqkperogi Prof, you either didn't read the VP's tweet or you have decided to misrepresent it. He didn't say he would waive it "to allow for a fair probe of allegations of corruption against him", but to "enable the most robust adjudication of these claims of libel and malicious falsehood".
@HAHayatu You would do well to read this, sir:
"It was as a result of that plebiscite that Northern Cameroon which included Adamawa became a part of Nigeria and by derivation, the 1st petitioner became a citizen of Nigeria but not by birth."
@aminugamawa@inecnigeria None of the above, sir.
In my humble view, the inconclusive results in those states is more of a reflection of the fierce contest between the leading candidates (their near equal popularity) than INEC's inefficiency or violence.
@farooqkperogi So, what's the difference between you (the "right-thing people") and Buhari of 2003, 2007 and 2011? In fact, he's better. Though he felt he was cheated, he recognised (at least, after court pronouncement on the elections) Obasanjo, Yar'Adua and Jonathan as presidents respectively
1. To Baba: don't feel fulfilled, feel challenged.
2. To Buharists: don't gloat, only rejoice.
3. To the Atikulated: don't despair, reflect.
4. To APC & PDP respectively: be magnanimous in victory; be gracious in defeat.

I've a constitutional duty (s. 36 CFRN) to appear in court and prosecute a criminal matter; and I've a professional duty (NBA resolution) to stay away.
I know which one to obey.
@PremiumTimesng PMB is rather behaving like you.
You're from SOUTH-West and appointed Maurice Iwu from South-East as INEC chair.
PMB from NORTH-West appointed Mahmud Yakubu from NORTH-East. So, please let us our wounds. Don't add insult to injury.
