I tried @ProvilacMilk 's new Ube Protein Milk. I mean just look at that colour! I couldn't resist checking it out. With 25g protein with real Ube and vanilla extract. Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines and used in desserts and lattes.

It has subtle vanilla, banana-like notes and a nuttiness that reminded me of pista. Light and refreshing. It was genuinely delicious.

Maybe Ube will have its Matcha moment in India. 10/10 would recommend.
