As Zama’s mainnet is about to launch, I had a lot of questions. FHE is new to the market, and Web3 has millions of users — can it really handle such scale? And what about transaction fees?

To answer these, I started closely following Zama’s roadmap and their upcoming features. As I learned more, especially about the integration with Solana, all my doubts were cleared.

Solana is incredibly fast — it can handle almost 60,000 transactions per second — and its fees are extremely low compared to almost all other networks. With Zama integrated, everything will become even faster and more cost-efficient.

This integration benefits not just Zama users but also Solana users. Many high-volume NFT and DeFi projects exist on Solana, and Zama ensures that all user data on these apps remains fully protected.

In short, Zama + Solana isn’t just about privacy — it’s about scalable, fast, and secure confidential computation for real-world Web3 apps.
