On skating in front of a big crowd:
Younghyun: “For some people, big crowds can be a burden, but for me it really gives me more power and energy when they cheer for me.”
On handling mistakes during the program:
Younghyun: “Regardless of the small mistakes I made, I tried to forget them as quickly as possible, move on, and focus on the other elements and the skating.”
On his music choice and performance style:
Younghyun: “Many great skaters like Jason Brown and Shae-Lynn Bourne have skated to this music before, so they were good references and examples for me. I really wanted to make this performance very dynamic. It contains a lot of choreography, which is not always easy to do.”
