Pathetic customer service. Wasted hrs on call n chat, no solutions provided. CS is disconnecting the call when they don't have a reply. I am suffering mental trauma and harassment since 22 March. @myntra @MyntraSupport sending DM that agent will contact but nothing happening.

2 No tats for open ticket
3 No action on delivery agents misbehaviour
4 No help from CS
5 delayed exchange with no option of cancellation

@myntra I have shared the details. I am extremely disappointed and tired of following up. My issues are pending since 22 March. You guys are just closing tickets and not resolving the issue despite exceeding the committed TAT.

@mohdfahad42 @sliceit_ Usually small personal loan companies do this to reach out to your contacts in case you default! I once got a call from one such company and on checking with the individual got to know he never gave my reference, but shared the contact list. Not a good practice.

@myntra @MyntraSupport I got a message just now that the product will be picked up by 29th Aug (Return request placed on 10th) and that too from my office address even though I had selected home address while scheduling the return!!
