Being realistic is a good thing; still, it is important to reach outside of the mold. How will you reach the stars if you simply plan to use a plane? Plan to rent a rocket. Is it a bit unrealistic? Yes. Will it get you further than a simple plane will? Again, yes.

Meditation is a cliché thing to hear about. Meditate this, meditate that. However, meditation can simply be mindfulness. We go through the day with a grainy filter on ourselves--consciously or not. Find and remove the filter. Are you viewing through your lens or theirs?

Just as our strongest structures can crumble, we can also make mistakes. We are imperfect beings in the grand scheme of things; still, we strive to be our best and learn as much as we can. Do not let the illusion of failure/fear of mistakes stop you from doing what is needed.

TIRED? Last week, we stressed the importance of a work-life balance. Still, it isn't an easy fix when off kilter. We offer this to you: any scale must be given a moment to calibrate before adding more weight. Calibrate then continue. Eventually, the scale will stabilize.

July is rapidly approaching! The seventh moth of the year marks our transition into a soon-to-be 2022. With that being said, that's seven months of work. So, we pose this question to you: when's the last time you took time for yourself?
