@TicketmasterCS I bought tickets in Sep 2018 for Ozzy Osbourne. Due to covid it kept getting postponed, then finally cancelled on 1/2/23. My ticketmaster account says i have been refunded, nothing in bank. Contacted my bank and raised a dispute, but they need some further information
