That can definitely be implemented, and rotating to a fresh deployer wallet for every relaunch makes sense.

The goal is to run SAFEBWA in perpetuity. The AWS server is already paid for the next 12 months, and the dev wallet currently holds enough fees to cover several hundred more launches.

Even if people randomly bundle a relaunch, the resulting profit flow back into the SAFEBWA chart, directly benefiting holders.
