U=U means Undetectable = Untransmittable.

Undetectable means a person living with HIV takes effective treatment, the amount of HIV in their blood can become so low that standard viral load tests cannot detect it.

Untransmittable means a person living with HIV takes treatment as prescribed and maintains an undetectable viral load, they do not sexually transmit HIV.

Always remember, TREATMENT WORKS!
