That’s a major loophole the prov and fed govs should close as quickly as possible.

RCMP confirm 15 dead after a collision in Western Mb. 25 people were in a small transport bus that collided with a semi. Most of the people were from the Dauphin area. This is a community that has dealt with so much tragedy in recent months.
