It is heartbreaking and deeply shocking that the Government of Pakistan has failed to safeguard the fundamental rights of Imran Khan, former Prime Minister of Pakistan. Reports that he has lost 85% of the eyesight in one eye while in custody raise serious concerns about his well-being and the treatment of a political prisoner.

Regardless of political differences, every citizen especially a former Prime Minister deserves dignity, proper medical care, and the protection of basic human rights. This situation demands transparency, accountability, and immediate attention. 💔

Dear Eligible 6-12 Yrs PQE Voters,

Election launch and voting period
Voting is due to open on Friday 14 June and will run for approximately 4 weeks. Close of voting is 12 noon on Friday 12 July.
Members eligible to vote will receive a voting ballot with a unique security code (USC) from our election scrutineer, UK Engage from the following email address: [email protected] with a link to the voting site which is: https://t.co/nAI5Tx3NNq
You may need to ask your firm’s IT Department to add these addresses to a safe senders list to allow the voting email through. We also advise you to check your junk folders, just in case your ballot e-mail ends up there.
After the launch date, if you hear of any colleagues and friends, who are eligible vote, who have not received their ballot, we would be grateful, if you could please ask them to first check their junk folders before contacting us via: [email protected]
On doing so, they will be asked to supply the following information:-
full name,
SRA ID
email address
election they wish to vote in
We run an eligibility check before asking UK Engage to send them their ballot.
