@HotpointUK Trying to book a repair through your chat option on WhatsApp and I've been left hanging overnight. Could have a been a 5 min conversation but call was dropped, twice!! Too busy. Not impressed. WhatsApp agent is terrible. Frustrated customer here.

@Clivecfc They're an absolute joke. Have tried three times to book a repair for our fridge. Engineer never showed and then when you do get through agent has no idea what you're talking about. Disgusted.

@RebeccaJBradley I've just finished this and really enjoyed it. I've not heard of the author before so went in knowing not much. Considering I've really struggled to read this year, this one really held my attention. Definitely recommend.
