@PeteLau @oneplus Even if I do, I make sure not to buy OnePlus, my current OnePlus 8 Pro with no water damage, no fall damage suddenly surprised me with 5 green lines just months after the warranty is out. Not buying phones from vendors who practice planned obsolescence through shady techniques.

@ahuja_ji_ No way to solve it, you have to replace the screen which is not worth it because soon your phone will start draining the battery fast. @oneplus is running a very shady business model of planned obsolescence to make people buy new phones every few years So stay away from @oneplus

Every single 8 series Phones start having green line issues (including mine just when the warranty is over) happened to two of my phones. I thought it was a fluke... (1/n)

@PeteLau Your products in India start showing up problems just when the warranty is over. A very clear indicator of planned obsolescence. Green line issues all over the new gen OnePlus is a sign that these companies doesn't test their product well before releasing.

...I own other phones from Mi, Realme, Samsung etc. Which are older than the two OnePlus, but they never faced this problem. A simple Google search about OnePlus brings thousands of people facing this issue. Must be a lesson for OnePlus to test their hardware before ....

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K a dying business where neither the customer support cares for their customers nor their technology is at par with Amazon. Sure their UI designers maybe are doing a good job to put things together but internally?

It's on hold as payment pending. The support says the amount has not been debited hence no refund will be issued. I understand I have a very low value order, but the thought process and Indianess shows in their system where they treat low value orders and customers like shit.
