I went to Jantar Mantar at Delhi just to get a feel of the crowd there now.

1) Instagram Infulencers funded by Foreign Agencies all influencers wearing mask thinking identity will be hidden ( but videos / pics available on instagram so they can be tracked ).

2) Bhim Army , Samajwadi Party, AISA, Urban Naxals.

3) Front Stone Pleters Construction labourers hired from Uttar Pradesh, MP, Rajasthan, Jharkhand.

4) Main Organisers , Handlers, ordering food from Swiggy, Zomato etc. ( All Orders to Jantar Mantar Will be tracked FYI I am filing a new case ).

5) Abhijit Dipke, Sourav Das and one Girl who stayed in radisson blue hotel & Gang Members main culprits now joined by fringe elements.

6) It has become like a picnic spot no students all only Chapri Types Crowd like Salman, Roshan, Fahad, Ishaq, Faheem (not taken a shower / bath since months) trying to do love jihad here too.

THAT on or about (21st July 2026 ) , video footage circulated on public platforms (including X/Twitter status ID 2079537359495057840) captures you actively participating in a public demonstration/protest and openly provoking, instigating, and encouraging demonstrators to attack, confront, and physically target police personnel deployed in uniform on official duty.

3. THAT police personnel on duty represent the sovereign authority of the State tasked with maintaining public order. Your explicit exhortation to attack uniformed officers constitutes a direct, premeditated provocation calculated to induce physical violence, cause grave injury to public servants, and trigger public chaos.

4. THAT your acts and statements constitute serious criminal offenses under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, including but not limited to:

  b) Section 221 & Section 132 (Obstructing and abetting criminal force against public servants discharging duty);
