Wondering how many customer service assistants are working on the delay repay phone line today? Chasing up a claim- position 23 in the queue - 30 mins later on hold -now position 20. If you're "extremely busy", please employ more staff to help.

After yesterday's problems why put only 4 carriages on the train from Birmingham to Paignton. Horrible journey! Aisles blocked with cases, pushchairs, people sitting. I should've been on an earlier train but that was cancelled !

@jamesgraysport @duranie68 We took our own picnic. You are allowed to take in wine and beers. Was hoping for some strawberries and cream but queues were awful -even when thousands were watching show court matches . Ate our eve meal in a Thai restaurant in Wimbledon village on way back to the station.

@mrmr_aynn Make the bed up in layers like a Lasagne. Sheets+ waterproof pads. Much easier to just remove a layer in the middle of the night than remake the whole bed
