@MissSheldrakePE @MrTs_NQTs If you are not getting interviews, ask your tutor to check your letter of application. If you are struggling at interview, make sure you ask for feedback from the school. Ask your tutor/ mentor for a practice interview - might help? But all jobs from now are for ECTs. Good luck
