The High Court, Commercial Division has dismissed the case against Kantanka Automobile Company Limited, popularly known as the _Twitter Case_, for the delivery of a Kantanka Mensah vehicle to the Plaintiff, Jude Osei. The Court maintained that the Plaintiff failed to establish that the @_kantanka__daily_ twitter account was an agent of Kantanka Automobile Company Limited and that the said account was a parody account.
