Disappointed with my recent stay at @HomewoodSuites by @HiltonHotels . I specifically booked Hilton because cleanliness is non-negotiable for me. Unfortunately, the room didn’t meet that expectation, and it made for a very uncomfortable night.

Day 20: Ten Guest Assistance representatives. Ten different names. Zero solutions. Every response acknowledges my case, but nothing gets resolved. At this point, I’m left wondering what kind of customer service process this is, @HomewoodSuites @HiltonHotels . Who is accountable?
