We urges the @GujaratPolice to take immediate legal action against Pradeep Ashok Tomar, a resident of Juna Acher, Sabarmati.
We allege that on June 24 at around 1:15 AM, he uploaded a 2-minute, 5-second video on social media in which he allegedly supported Nazia Elahi Khan and made derogatory remarks about Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

We further allege that he shared an image depicting a bearded man holding the Quran, falsely portraying him as Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and then performed an offensive act by burning the image and using it to light a bidi before posting the video online.

This is not the first such incident. Last year, the same individual allegedly shared abusive content about Allah. After the matter was highlighted by Team Rising Falcon, he reportedly contacted us through our inbox, apologized, and sought forgiveness.

Despite that, we allege he has once again shared content capable of hurting religious sentiments and disturbing communal harmony.

Team Rising Falcon has already submitted the accused's details, relevant social media links, and supporting material to the @AhmedabadPolice and @cybercrimeahd through their X handles. However, no response has been received so far.

We request the Gujarat Police to conduct a prompt and impartial investigation and, if any violation of the law is established, take appropriate legal action against the accused.

If the investigating authorities require any additional information or evidence, they may contact Team Rising Falcon through our DM/Inbox.

The law must be applied equally to everyone.

It is alleged that Lavkush Kumar, son of Sohan and a resident of Langarpur village, Purwa Police Station area, Unnao district, has repeatedly posted objectionable remarks about Muslims on WhatsApp groups and social media platforms.

According to complainants, he has allegedly used abusive language against members of the Muslim community and made controversial comments about religious figures. It is further alleged that he recently shared content that could disturb communal harmony and create tension between communities.

If these allegations are supported by evidence, the matter should be investigated thoroughly and appropriate legal action should be taken in accordance with the law.
