Did they ever reply? You should get a new car as not having a car for 6 months is ridiculous and unacceptable. Have you approached the media? I will like to see how this plays out!

@Hilton @HiltonNewsroom How do we make a complaint Hilton? Had the worst stay ever at one of your resorts. The hotel manager had no interest. We were a group of 32 people. From start to finish was a total disaster.
