@airtelindia telecom company cheating with plan change to higher rental. They do not have any complain or help system regarding bill. forcefully disconnect your number to pay bill but don't address the complain. @TRAI

@airtelindia @TRAI please be informed that the rental has been changed to INR 1199 and it is for all Airtel postpaid users. Also, your plan rental is INR 1199 + INR 99 for the add on device which is INR 1298 + GST
THIS IS HOW THEY IMPOSE HIGHER BILL AMOUNT. TAKE OT OR LEAVE IT

Today got a resolving phone after chasing for months that your query can not be heard, you have to all amount approx 4000 of a 2 day late payment which they charged 440+taxes. They purposely were calling, my calls were not reaching as there is no direct number, you have to hold

@fayedsouza This offering a Credit Card is also a scam. They send you the CC and then charge annual fees. They don’t have any customer care option in branch and on callcenter they don’t respond well and tell to email. Where will 95% Indians who don’t understand digital will go?
