@ceo_uidai @UIDAI @UIDAIMumbai your support team clearly doesn’t care about the impact of their negligent and dismissive behaviour has on the citizens but at least teach them to do their job properly by reading emails in detail and trying to understand the issue!!!

@UIDAI support team is so bad and inept that my simple address update hasn’t happened for over 5 months!!! Even after continuous calls to 1947 and writing emails to [email protected] I get template responses of in progress & resolved even when not resolved!

I am not able to update my banking addresses and wasn’t able to even update LPG address for delivery. What kind of nonsense is this? @UIDAI @ceo_uidai @UIDAIMumbai

Even after sharing screenshots over email and showing that my initial request still shows under verification stage and is not being rejected nor approved since 5 months, I get a response saying my previous service request was resolved. I hate @UIDAI @ceo_uidai

@crytocomsc what is it that you are trying to hide by not allowing replies here? Don’t you think this is a dark pattern? I understand if confidential information is DMed or emailed but to publicly discuss why you can’t provide support is definitely a question mark.

Claim of “world class modern train” isn’t true. It’s old version globally. It’s not even maintained well. It’s dirty. Unreadable displays. Artificial food. All for ≈ 37€ per ticket.

@RailwaySeva There is no concern. It is utter disappointment! The expectation is to improve the quality of maintenance and hygiene to global standards. Forget the west, even China has better standards than this. It will begin with what means better. Do you know?

What is a DM going to do that past 2 months of chats with your team hasn’t? I have lost money simply to deposit into the Crypto account. And all that your team says is “everything is ok”.

@UIDAI’s Aadhar service - the worst on earth. Over a month & 20 days. Still an address update hasn’t happened. No reason given.
Hiring criteria for support team - how badly qualified is the person?

@amazonIN gives the worst experience even after spending in 10s of thousands, if not lakhs, each year on the platform.
I’m now expected for me to ‘self return’ a product that was delivered faulty twice! Without which I won’t get a refund! Cheating through monopoly!
