Today 23 Years ago in these now empty houses of Nadimarg, 24 Kashmiri Hindus were shot dead point blank.
The locals say that they could not hear the shooting because the loudspeakers in the mosques were blaring loud.
I am a Kashmiri Hindu.
Liberals tell me I am Islamophobic.
A gentle reminder before assumptions start flying. The 77-ft Lord Ram statue that our PM is to unveil in Gokarna Partagali Math is NOT a govt project. It’s funded entirely by GSB community devotees, out of devotion...not public money. Such projects boost culture, tourism & local livelihoods. And yes, the same community quietly donates to education, healthcare & humanitarian causes… but no one notices that. So let’s share the facts. Let the truth travel further than the rumours.

Bengaluru, can't we even spend one day a week with our families, without construction noises drowning our peace? What kind of a life is this?
The Noise Pollution rules and the High Court rules on Construction timings ensure that noisy construction activity can take place only between 8 AM and 6 PM. But it doesn't ban construction on holidays. Thus, the one or two days that our hard working, drained out Bengalureans get to rest on, or spend with their families, turns into a literal nightmare.
The noisy JCBs, tipper lorries, drilling noises, motorised pulleys, hammer drills, etc... test the nerves of Bengalureans every saturday, sunday and public holidays.
Even the Gods are not spared - every festival day is drowned by these noises, and celebrations turn into a damp squib.
The borewell drilling contractors are the most notorious. They have a habit of choosing the weekends and holidays for their mostly illegal borewell drilling.
The uncontrolled construction activities are ruining the quality of life in Bengaluru.
@DKShivakumar@CMofKarnataka@siddaramaiah if you really care about Bengaluru and Bengalureans, could you please issue rules to ban construction on all weekends and public holidays?

Vijayanagar's refusal to eliminate even one sultanate. The Maratha refusal to end Mughlas & the Nizam. The modern Republic's refusal to end Pakistan despite ability & opportunity. US & China waiting to fund & rearm it.

This Portuguese "Saint" used to say that Indians were black and ugly "monsters whose sight is unbearable".
This colonialist destroyed many Hindu temples with his own hands. He wrote many letters to the Portuguese king advocating for inquisition in Goa. He was thus directly responsible for Goan inquisition which kiIIed thousands of Hindus and some Jews.
No Regret, No Repentance, No Sorrow, No Grief. Honoring Bravery, Remembering Sacrifice.
I joined fellow Sanatanis in a Procession from Shyambazar to Sinthi More; Kolkata, to commemorate the auspicious occasion of Shaurya Diwas.
We are fortunate to witness the fruition of the valorous & courageous act of lakhs of Kar Sevaks who participated in the Ram Janmabhumi Movement. Its our duty to remember them and honour their sacrifice for Dharma.
Jai Shree Ram 🚩
