Auguste Escoffier, Paul Bocuse, Emmanuel Bellon Senior were all mentioned in the same breath, thatβs what kind of pedigree bloodline their Executive Chef was coming from.
But did that give him the excuse to be such an ass in the kitchen?

#AuthorConfession! We've missed you! @jjulienauthor & I are SO excited to be back w/a new board and a little surprise! We know a lot of our friends are on IG, so we thought it would be fun to make a photo-friendly board! Practice those selfies, bc this month AC is going IG!
There are no creatures in my books.
But metaphorically... the most dangerous creature would be that blind trust at the beginning of a relationship

For ANYONE needing that little extra reassurance...
I picked this for us all....
Writing is just turning blood into ink...
You can do it!
If being creative was easy than everyone would be doing it!

@wl_khan_writer 200,000 m*ther f*cking words.
He told me to stay between 100,000- 120,000 at the highest... and if you send in a query to pushlishers and/or agents with a word count higher than that, they don't even read the synopsis.
That's why they ask for it first.
Today's author confession is a major bone of contention.
Currently re-doing my first book because they word count was almost at FR*CKING biblical status, and a very nice agent told me to cut it down by 80,000 and send it back to him.
So yeah... I'm at that word count π
