@mixieisabaddie@MsRade92 Literally was so annoying I’m kind of happy skinny is back because it’s easy for me to lose a couple pounds and get lean again. Much harder for me to be the right type of curvy
I don’t think it’s necessarily them treating fat ppl badly and being nice to skinny ppl it’s more so fat ppl aren’t the option for dating. I’m not skinny I’m athletic I workout multiple times throughout the week and have a daily protein goal. I’m not attracted to men who don’t eat enough protein nor have the discipline to workout consistently. Whether that makes them skinny or fat sometimes ppl don’t consider dating ppl who don’t match their lifestyle
@conflictedcappy@almondystuff@xxdbreezyxx The statistics for Americans that do not get their daily fiber amount is 95% so to say it’s easy to get it out of these foods is kind of insane when it’s clear a huge majority of the country is not.
You need 28g of fiber a day oatmeal has 4g, chia seeds 10 per serving,ginger .2g per 5 slices, an apple is 4g, sea moss is .5g per 20g serving, and diatomaceous earth has 0 fiber. So if you are. A serving of all of this in a day you would still be under your daily fiber intake. Just because something clears you out does not mean you’re making your fiber goals.
@elderisback You will sag I went from 160 to 117 at my lowest and my boobs looked deflated I gained and weight lifted and am 130 and look much better but anything under 125 is too thin for me.
@almondystuff@xxdbreezyxx Metamucil is just a husk like corn husk its definitely not anything crazy. And it has more fiber than beans most ppl aren’t eating enough beans to make their daily fiber intake. You need about 2cups of baked beans per day to meet your fiber goal
