@VotingTweeter @BecauseMiami @KathyFndzRundle So they’re going to prosecute knowing if it does go to trial it’ll be a not guilty verdict? That’s basically wasting time & resources. You can prosecute anything, that doesn’t mean it’s the correct steps.

@Letsgofish46 @BecauseMiami @KathyFndzRundle That’s not me saying he didn’t do it, he definitely did it. However, these are the issues that make it hard to prosecute a case like this. You can’t have a DV without a victim, especially not without reasonable doubt. Who would be the witness/victim?

@Letsgofish46 @BecauseMiami @KathyFndzRundle That is true, however, it’s important to note that a “confession” isn’t always black & white. If she refuted the claim, it’s not going to outweigh him admitting something, which his lawyer would argue was under pressure, etc. Just as a brief example, there’s so much context.

@bchris1985 @BecauseMiami @KathyFndzRundle Katherine’s track record w/ officer shootings is bad, but she has arrested officers & co’s in the past for other crimes. It wouldn’t surprise me if she did prosecute these charges, but obviously the situation changes & she was forced to drop.

I guess that’s the beauty of personal opinion & theories. & he did admit to it, if she changed her entire testimony, it definitely wouldn’t go without a reasonable doubt, so it wouldn’t make sense to prosecute.
