@txsportsdoc We use mepivicaine. Less urinary issues than when we used others. Wears off on a fairly reliable timeline. I have had one patient with spinal headache that required a patch in 4 years. Most common reason to not go home same day is PT going home, second is some hypotension

The hike is expected to generate $48.9M in revenue. Funds would cover inflation, public safety, new state mandates, and debt for the new gov’t campus & Salt Palace upgrades.

Today, another spiritual giant and constitutional hero slipped through to the other side of the veil. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the many family and friends of Elder Tad R. Callister, author of several books including the Infinite Atonement, America's Choice and America's Destiny.

It was a great honor to work with him on many freedom and constitutional causes. He will be dearly missed as we press forward inspired by the memory of his great example!
