I recently found out something quite disturbing about a situation I thought was over and done with. @ChososBl00d ‘s ex partner recently reached out to me. She informed me that he never logged out of his Google account on her iPad. Content warning, next post is disturbing.
Reminder to actually do your research before making claims like this. It’s so tiring having to explain things to people who don’t bother to try to understand them
@csucker878 No, it’s not Defamation must have malicious intent and be provably false. All of this is true as far as I am aware, and there’s no real proof that it’s false. Not to mention it’s not being said out of malice, it’s being said as warning.
@csucker878@tamceI Not fabricated, I have no reason to fabricate this. I truly wish it was all fake, but that’s just not the case. At least from my end, nothing I’ve said is fabricated. I can never be 100% certain about other parties involved, but I have said what I know and believe to be true.
@csucker878 Reminder this is not slander Slander is verbal (spoken aloud by mouth), a direct lie (this is not a lie, nothing is being falsified on my end and as far as I know from other parties involved), and intending to cause harm out of malice (No ill intent, just a warning to others.)
