@RoseAylingEllis We have accepted such a low bar of public services over the past 10 years that the bare minimum now seems to be contentious. Had to attend my adult brothers hospital appts to interpret as either couldn't arrange one or cancelled at the last minute. Privacy & dignity denied him.
