MOTION FOR SENATORS TO ACCESS THE IFMIS RECORDS IN REAL TIME
Pursuant to Articles 96 and 217 of the Constitution, I have moved a Motion in the @Senate_KE to compel the National @KeTreasury to provide Senators with real time IFMIS reports for every county. Effective oversight cannot rely on delayed reports long after public funds have been spent.
Transparency begins with timely access to information. If Senators are to protect county resources and hold governments accountable, we must see public expenditure as it happens, not after the damage is done.
No accountability without transparency. No transparency without real time access.
Even the police were confused in Ol Kalou when they were teargassed by the masked armed men.
I am sure deep down most of the officers are very angry and unsettled about what is happening too.
But karma is a female dog.
Stop selling the "chess move" narrative. Government didn't let Ol Kalou slide; they lost despite heavy funding and armed intimidation because the electorate was too tough to buy or bully.
Ol Kalou proved that when we guard the vote, even Sudi’s IEBC can't stop Ruto going home.
Those predicting another 2007 are ignoring the difference, because 2007 was almost spiritual, the political divide was real, the loyalty was deep and you could feel the tension in the air before anything happened.
What we are seeing now is not that kind of organic political anger, it is paid goonism, where someone is given Sh1,000, handed a stone and told to manufacture fear for politicians who cannot win honestly.
A paid goon can reach a point and say, “Man, this is enough for the Sh1,000 they gave me,” because there is no cause, no belief and no real public support behind the violence.
Ruto is cornered from every side, and good Kenyans are the overwhelming majority, so any attempt to use hired goons in 2027 will be met by citizens neutralizing them refusing to let a tiny paid minority terrorise the country.
If Murkomen claims he doesn't know who these hooded men are, does this mean that whenever we see plainclothes officers carrying rifles, we should treat them as terrorists?
To the people of Olkalou, you must not allow any contractor to cart away machinery before they complete the projects that were hurriedly launched for political bribery.... Wasidhubutu kuondoa tingatinga ata moja.
Wapi wale watu wa we don’t need Gachagua in opposition? Jubilee had a candidate and a youth but they didn’t even give us 500 votes.
Everyone is needed; from Gachagua,Natembeya,Matiang’i,Kalonzo,Maraga,Sifuna,Babu,Okiya and etc. Vying alone means you’re a project to divide votes.
It is going to be extremely hard to win the 2027 General election without the Mt. Kenya votes.
The person who will have Mt. Kenya will have a 4-million-vote head start.
